This exceptional site, frequented each year by millions of visitors, has all the assets to organize a large-scale sporting event.
While practicing your passion, you will discover, in the midst of swimmers from all over the world, the turquoise water of the lake in the center of these immense, steep cliffs.
The VERDON SWIM EXPERIENCE will allow you to experience a unique moment, you are going to swim in the most beautiful canyon in Europe!
800 million m3 of water retained in the lake, cliffs over 700m high, water of a unique color…. This place fascinates and the many TV and written press reports confirm it.

The Verdon Swim, what an experience! It was magical, grandiose and unexpected. For a first...I'm super super happy! Bravo to the whole organizing team, you all have smiles and the speaker is great. Thank you for this great race, we all come out of the water as heroes, all welcomed with the same enthusiasm. Hats off!

6km of happiness in the Verdon Gorges. Seeing this magical landscape unfold, with every breath 🤩🏊♀️😍. A memory revived. I swam the 6km and the 3.5km fins at the 1st edition in 2021, with a start at Plage de l'Étoile and finish at Plage de Cadeno. It was my very first Open Water swimming competition. The course in the Gorges was magical, and I have a magnificent memory of it. A big THANK YOU, for this magnificent organization, you are the best 👏👏

Finally, lucky for those who were able to come on Sunday, the wind was blowing on Saturday! This modified route from what was planned was fantastic!
